Permit Systems Administrator (CI18) - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
The Permit Systems Administrator is responsible for managing the technical & functional operation, maintenance and support of the PAS. They will support system users and ensure a streamlined application process.
Project Officer - Permit Reform (CI11) - 2 Year Contract
The Project Officer is responsible for providing high level administrative support to the NLC’s Project Management Unit to enable the delivery of strategies, plans and business systems that enable NLC to meet its legislative and governance requirements.
Senior Project Officer - Permit Reform (CI14) - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
The Senior Project Officer will work closely with the NLC Media Unit to determine appropriate communication messages for a wide range of stakeholders. In particular, the Senior Project Officer will facilitate for on-country consultations with Traditional Owners about permit agreements in collaboration with NLC regional teams and rangers.
Royalty Agreements & Receivable Officer (CF24) - Continuous Contract
This position is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services with accuracy and efficiency of operations, the ongoing processing and monitoring of all Royalty Agreements, ensuring all income is received in accordance with such agreements, and processing and monitoring incoming receivables and secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts.
Governance and Risk Project Officers (GC02 & GC05) - 3 Year Contract (new positions)
The newly created Governance, Risk and Compliance team is responsible for implementing and managing the governance, risk & compliance frameworks for the NLC. We are currently looking for two motivated individuals to join the team in the following positions of Project Officer – Risk and Project Officer – Governance.
Garngi Ranger Group Coordinator (NT70) - Fixed term contract to 30 June 2021 (note this period of engagement will be ongoing subject to ongoing funding and satisfactory performance)
This position is responsible for coordinating the Garngi Ranger Group and for assisting Aboriginal land and sea owners and managers to maximise their participation in all Caring for Country activities. The ranger work area includes Croker and other small islands and sea country as well as some mainland areas nearby.
CFC Training Administration Officer (NT32) - 2 Year Contract
The Training Administration Officer will provide effective and efficient administrative, financial and operation support to assist Indigenous ranger groups to plan and implement annual training and development programs for CFC Branch Indigenous staff.
