Royalty Facilitation and Distribution Manager (CF27) - Fixed Term 3 Year Contract
The Royalty Facilitation and Distribution Manager (RFDM) will manage a small multi skilled team and will be responsible for ongoing operations to ensure all statutory and regulatory obligations are met. Initially the primary objective will be to consolidate and establish the newly formed Royalty Facilitation and Distribution team. This will involve consultation with staff currently involved in the facilitation and royalty distribution processes and relevant internal staff.
Demonstrated capacity to manage, supervise, and review operations in a demanding and challenging environment, with experience in the use of various computer software packages, such as Microsoft Office suite and TRIM is required. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent demonstrated management experience in a similar role is essential.
You will have well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadline, with the ability to work unsupervised and as well as part of a team environment.
Significant demonstrated knowledge, understanding and respect of Indigenous Australian culture, customs and society and the ability to gain and maintain credibility with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people, communities and organisations.
